Specialized in custom designed jewelry

I have been successfully designing jewelry for clients from around the country via my web site. I have custom designed affordable jewelry for brides' wedding gowns, bridesmaids' dresses, prom dresses, and favorite outfits of many ladies. And, if you are looking for something for your quinceanera, you have come to the right place. (you can find quite a few recommendations from website) Here is a few samples of my custom work. If you can't find the right design from my web site, you can send me a picture, or a link, of the dress. I can then custom design the jewelry that will complement the color and style of the dress. Or, you can do like one of my very creative clients, send me the paint chip from your local paint store that reflects the color of your outfit. For people in Columbus, Ohio, we can set up an appointment for you to bring the dress over and try on different jewelry. If we can't find one that works, I will be able to custom design one for you. My materials and designs

Please browse through my online catalogue. The jewelry are my own original designs and handcrafted with the finest beads. All the necklaces are a blend of sophisticated colors and textures which embellish the focal point -- the pendant, chosen for its color, or its unique artistry. I offer a wide variety of designs, whether you are looking for something elegant and delicate, fun and playful, soft and subtle, or even bold and daring -- you'll find just the right kind of jewelry to express the many facets of your personality.

About the artist

Besides doing jewelry, I have worked in a number of other media. If you'd like, you can check out my watercolor and other design work. Click here and you can read about a short biography and the winding road I took down the beading path.

Length made to order

Most of the necklaces will be custom made to the length of your choice. However, there are some designs are most suited wearing long, they will be around 30". The long necklaces can also be doubled as ID badge strap. If you are not sure what length to choose, here are some tips to help you to decide. Measure your favorite necklace in your collection and use that as your selection guide. Ultimately, the length should depend on the clothes you will be wearing. If you will be wearing open collar shirt or tank top, a very flattering length is one in which the necklace rests at the base of the neck with the pendant sitting in the hollow between your two collar bones. This length shows off your neck beautifully, and prevents the necklace from becoming hidden under your blouse. If you will be wearing sweater or turtle neck, add at lease 4 inches to the open collar length you have measured.

Necklaces are strung with SoftFlex™, a high-tech jewelry wire that is made of 21 to 49 strands of stainless steel. The necklace string will not break, so you needn't be concerned about beads rolling all over the floor. However since the clasp is made of a soft metal, sterling silver, were the necklace to be seriously snagged on something, the clasp should give way.

My use of beads

I use the finest beads in my necklaces, including:

  • world renowned, sparkling Swarovski crystals from Austria,
  • semi-precious gem stones from around the world,
  • fresh water pearls,
  • sterling silver,
  • Japanese crystal & seed beads,
  • handmade art glass beads,
  • handmade lampworked beads.
